Anissa Ho is the Broker of Record at Skybound Realty, bringing over two decades of experience in real estate, brokerage leadership, compliance, agent development, and operations.
Licensed as a Realtor since 2005, Anissa began her management career in 2008 during one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent history. Her first leadership role involved helping build a small startup brokerage from the ground up, which later grew into what is now recognized as Canada’s largest independent real estate brokerage. That early experience shaped her practical, hands-on approach to management, problem-solving, and helping Realtors build their businesses through changing market conditions.
In 2012, Anissa joined another independent brokerage, where she remained until 2025 and helped grow the office from approximately 50 agents to more than 600. During that time, the office became one of the top real estate offices in Mississauga by sales volume. Over the years, she became known for her consistent leadership, strong industry knowledge, and ability to support agents at every stage of their business, from new registrants learning the fundamentals to experienced producers navigating complex transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters.
With more than 15 years in brokerage management, Anissa has extensive experience overseeing day-to-day brokerage operations, agent training, transaction review, risk management, FINTRAC and RECO compliance, arbitration matters, litigation claims, and E&O insurance-related issues. Her background gives her a deep understanding of both the business side of real estate and the regulatory responsibilities required to operate a professional, compliant brokerage.
Since 2014, Anissa has served on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s Arbitration and Professional Standards Committees. She has also contributed as a long-standing volunteer mediator, helping resolve disputes and promote fair, professional conduct among real estate professionals.
